Terms of use
Last updated: October 27, 2026.
Using QRNest
These terms apply to the QRNest tools and guides. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and respect the rights of others. The current static QR tools are free and do not require an account.
Your content and permitted use
You may generate codes for personal or commercial use. You remain responsible for the data, destinations, and logos you supply and for obtaining any necessary permission. You retain rights to your own content. Creating a code does not give you rights to another person’s trademark or content.
Prohibited activity
Do not use the service for phishing, fraud, malware, unlawful content, harassment, or infringement. Do not disrupt the website, bypass its security, or interfere with other visitors.
Static codes and downloads
Static QR content cannot be changed after export. QRNest does not impose an expiry date or scan limit, but linked websites and third-party services can change, expire, or stop working. QRNest does not provide hosted files, managed redirects, or scan analytics.
Testing and external services
Check your input and test the downloaded file and final printed material on suitable devices before distribution. Logo placement, contrast, size, and printing can affect readability. External sites and apps have their own terms; QRNest does not control their availability or content.
Availability and responsibility
The website and guides are supplied as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or compatibility with every scanner. Guides provide general information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, QRNest is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect input, unreadable codes, or unavailable external destinations. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
